North Clarks, MT
North Clarks Fork is located in the Big Horn Basin, Montana, this prospect consists of 1,280 gross (1,280 net) acres. This field was discovered by British American in 1956 and produced 1.1 million barrels of oil and 2.8 bcf of natural gas over a 4 year period. This represents only a portion of the recoverable reserves.

BEC believes that with current technology they can produce the remaining recoverable reserves. BEC has a 100% working interest. BEC has retained the services of an independent engineering firm to evaluate and provide a proved oil and gas reserve report before drilling.

Flaming Gorge, WY
Located within the Green River Basin, Wyoming, this prospect consists of 5,100 gross (5,100 net) acres. BEC has sold all rights to a large Independent. BEC has retained a 2% royalty in all production established.

Goat Hill, WY
Located within the green River Basin, Wyoming, this prospect consists of 40 gross (40 net) acres. BEC believes that this prospect has potential for 1 well. BEC has completed all geological and engineering work on this prospect and is ready to drill.
