Richard T. Baldwin - Chief Executive Officer/Director. Mr. Baldwin formed Baldwin Exploration Corporation (BEC) in June 2003, and has since developed the company, purchased leases, and initiated exploration activities. From August 1997 until June 2003, Mr. Baldwin held the position of Limited Partner and Equities Trader wtih Bright Trading LLP, an investment firm based in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. August 1985 until August 1997, Mr. Baldwin served as President of New Vision Corporation, a commercial real estate development company based in Washington, D.C. Mr. Baldwin studied petroleum engineering at the University of Oklahoma, and Business Management at the University of New Orleans.

Gregory Wood - VP of Geophysics & Geology is a professional geophysicist with 22 years of worldwide geophysical analysis in oil and gas exploration. From 1998 to 2003 he worked as Senior Geophysicist at Flying J Oil and Gas in Salt Lake City, Utah. There he analyzed and developed seismic based structural and stratigraphic prospects throughout the Rocky Mountains, performing extensive 2D and 3D seismic interpretations. In 1994-1998 he worked at BPX in Houston, Texas, supporting and developing applications for enhanced deep-water seismic imaging in the Gulf of Mexico. In 1986-1994 he worked for Marathon International Oil Co. in Houston, Texas. His experience included onshore work in East Africa and Syria, offshore work in Indonesia and various other international projects. In 1981-1986 he worked for Marathon Oil Co. in Casper, WY and Anchorage, AK. His experience there included several offshore Alaska basins and the Williston Basin. Mr. Wood holds a BS in Geophysics and a BS in Geology, both from the University of Utah. He is a professional licensed geologist in the state of Utah. 

Brady Raggio - Investor Relations Mr. Raggio began wtih BEC in November 2005. Brady was involved with drilling operations, land acquisition and investor relations. Previous to his employment wtih BEC, Brady played professional baseball for 14 seasons. Brady attended the University of California Santa Barbara, Chabot college and San Francisco State University studying Communications.
